This privacy policy applies to the FlickBox TV mobile application (the "Application") provided by FlickBox TV Developer (the "Service Provider") as a free service. The Application is provided "AS IS".

Information We Collect

When you download and use the Application, we and our service providers may collect certain information, including:

• Device and technical information (for example operating system version, device model, app version)
• Identifiers used for app functionality and analytics (for example advertising identifiers where permitted, vendor identifiers)
• How you use the Application (for example screens viewed, session duration, interactions)
• Internet Protocol (IP) address and related network information when the Application communicates with our servers or third-party services

The Application does not request or collect your precise GPS location from your device for the features described in this policy. If that changes in a future version, we will update this policy and, where required, obtain your permission.

AI Chat Feature

If you choose to use the AI Chat feature, you will be asked in the Application to review and accept a separate disclosure before any of your messages are sent to external servers.

If you opt in, we may process:

• The text of the messages you type and prior messages in the same conversation (conversation context)
• A session or conversation identifier used to maintain the thread
• A fixed assistant description used so responses relate to movies and TV recommendations (as configured on our backend)

Recipients: Your messages are sent to our backend hosted on Railway (for example freeopenrouterchat-production.up.railway.app). That backend may forward requests to third-party AI providers (such as OpenRouter and underlying model vendors) to generate replies. Those providers process content in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.

Purpose: To provide AI Chat responses inside the Application. We do not use AI Chat content to show you third-party advertising based on those messages.

Your control: You can withdraw consent for AI Chat data sharing at any time in the Application settings. Withdrawing consent stops new transmissions and clears the on-device chat history for that feature, as described in the Application.

Analytics, Attribution, and Third-Party SDKs

The Application may use third-party tools to measure usage, improve the Application, and understand installs and campaigns. Depending on your device settings and permissions, these tools may collect or receive identifiers and usage data. Examples of categories include:

• Analytics (for example product analytics services)
• Attribution and deep linking (for example Branch)
• Advertising and measurement SDKs where applicable (for example Meta/Facebook-related SDKs for app events, subject to your device privacy settings)

These providers process information under their own policies. We encourage you to review their documentation and your device privacy settings (including App Tracking Transparency where applicable).

Third Party Access

We may share information with service providers who process data on our behalf to operate the Application (for example hosting, analytics, attribution, AI processing for AI Chat if you opt in). We require these providers to use the information only for the purposes we specify and in line with applicable law.

We may also disclose information:

• If we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of the Service Provider, users, or the public
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards

Marketing Communications

We do not sell your personal information. We may send you service-related notices when needed. If we ever send optional promotional communications, we will do so in line with applicable law and your choices (and we will update this policy if our practices change).

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop collection of information through the Application by uninstalling it. You may also be able to limit tracking or reset advertising identifiers in your device settings, where available.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Application and for legitimate business purposes (such as security, troubleshooting, and legal compliance). Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and the systems involved (including third-party processors). Children

The Application is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at FlickBoxTV@gmail.com.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the effective date below. Continued use of the Application after changes means you accept the updated policy, except where your separate consent is required by law.
